Morguard Launches ‘Certified Rental Building Program’ in Kitchener
The Program's goal is to have 95,000 suites and 850 multi-residential apartment buildings certified by the end of 2010. The Program features a ‘best practices’ approach to the provincial rental marketplace, to make it easier for tenants to recognize ‘good’ buildings and property managers. To find out more, click here.
GTA Realtors Report Increase in Volume of Leased Apartments and Average Rent
Average rents climbed in all apartment categories, with the benchmark two-bedroom apartment rent averaging $1,937 across all TREB districts – up three per cent from the average of $1,873 recorded in 2009. Click here to read more.
