Rental Vacancy Rates Decrease
The Rental Survey Market from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Association (CMHC) has recently been released, outlining Canada’s average rental vacancy rates. The rental survey noted a slight decrease of vacancy rates from 2.6 per cent in October 2010, to 2.2 per cent in October 2011.
